Is there any fee to join RentOGaadi?+

No. Joining is free. There is no deposit, no monthly charge and no fee for verification.

How much does RentOGaadi take from my fare?+

Nothing. The customer pays you the full fare you set. RentOGaadi charges the customer a separate small booking fee.

How and when do I get paid?+

The customer pays you directly in cash or UPI at the end of the trip. There is no waiting for a weekly payout.

Who pays toll, parking and night charges?+

Toll and parking are paid by the customer on top of the fare. A night charge is added automatically for trips between 10 PM and 6 AM.

How long does verification take?+

We check every document by hand against government records, usually within 2 working days. Your status page shows what is verified, what is under review and anything you need to fix.

Does my vehicle need a yellow number plate?+

Yes. Only commercial vehicles with valid insurance and fitness can carry paying passengers, so we accept only those.

Can I refuse a trip?+

Yes. Reply on WhatsApp and we offer the trip to another partner. Accepting trips regularly helps you get more bookings.

Is my data safe?+

Your documents are stored privately on our own server. Only our verification team can open them, and every view is recorded.
